HOW TO RETURN?
- You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Pickles Studio.
- We do not accept return of product unless you receive defective or wrong item(s).
- The items must have all their labels and be in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
- The return charges will be borne by Pickles Studio if the item you received is wrong or defective.
- Buyer shall pack the item into the original shipping packaging and keep the courier tracking number at all times to track and locate the parcel before it reaches Pickles Studio.
- All item colour may vary subject to studio lighting. There may be slight colour variation in actual item vs item image. Colour may appear darker or lighter and will not be considered defective.
- Actual item measurement may vary from 1cm to 3cm in measurement subject to different material quality and measurement method and will not be considered defective.
PICKLES STUDIO reserves the rights to reject return request that does not meet the above criteria. All returns MUST be attached with the Purchase Invoice. Please contact Pickles Studio if Purchase Invoice is lost.
The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the items at our facilities. You’ll receive the refund in the same payment method used for your purchase. The amount may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on the bank.
All defective items must be verified by Pickles Studio before processing for refund.
If the return item is out of stock in other size(s)/colour(s), buyer can choose to exchange for other item with equivalent value or top up the difference for higher value item.
- Pickles Studio reserves the right at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- In any case of dispute, Pickles Studio reserves the right of final decision.
